mmm, okay, i'm seeing this beef u've got with the emps which, totally legit, but i think u r missing the fact that literally every1 but her imperial glitterbomb is not only the product of a society shaped by her but some1 with not a lot of individual choice in the matter. while those lower on the spectrum tend 2 be punished more harshly for perceived deviations that's actually sort of misleading since they can also get away w certain things bc common belief is that a) they can't help themselves and b) its not worth the effort when they'll b dead soon neway.

its undeniable that highblood society is tailored to provide a sense of entitlement and convenient punching bags for ne frustrations some1 might experience but a highblood is just as much a tool to the empress as ne1 else, just 1 that lives longer. i've heard theres members of her imperial court that haven't been allowed to contact ppl on the outside for thousands of sweeps if theyre even still alive so take that 4 what u will, grl.
