@IvyLB a) I dunno if I've told you this before but it is super cute (and v Art) that you name all of your outfits/looks b) I know you own and wear a lot of wigs, but is that short undercut your actual hair length? and c) how often do people stop you in the street to gush about your outfits?

b) My actual hair issssss an undercut with about shoulder length hair in coppery red! It just looks short when I actually tie it all back xP but yes the Mismatched Dreamer pics has me leaving my hair loose for once in my life and that is how long it currently is. I'm growing it out to become a magnifiscient viking undercut braid to my butt (or as long as I cna get it, haha i don't remember what my max hair length is)
c) Not that often! If I do get stopped it's about a fifty fifty split between old ladies and middle aged turkish men (??? okay) telling me I look cool and people calling me

but it doesn't happen all that regularly. I live in a big ass city that is known for very high amount of people dressing alternative so unless I am in a fairly conservative posh neighborhood most people don't comment xP

...wow, weird? I would expect you to be complimented more often, and certainly not insulted??? in a big city people are mostly too busy, obvs, but you might still get overly earnest people coming up to compliment you (me, if I weren't so incredibly anxious) and definitely some second looks, and not judgmental ones, either. then again, I live in the US, not Germany. (you live in Germany, right? or somewhere in the EU, anyway?) but those insults are just. what. y tho. you are going for the wix aesthetic, so "witch" indicates you've done your job well, I guess, and the layer-y skirt-and-scarf thing you like (strega? is that the name for the style?) reminds me of a sort of stereotypical Romani aesthetic, but "demonwhore"??? what.

 

hahah yes Germany! And yeah wix/witch is definitely accurate but the tone was very much "exorcise the demon"-y -shruuuuug- some people are fuckin weird. I'm also not even a little romani and I never used to be called that before i started dyeing my hair red so????????????? WHO KNOWS. That guy and the guy calling me a demonwhore were prettttty drunk i'm fairly sure, which at least indicates that sober people either have better taste or better manners xP

wait, red hair is a Stereotypical Romani Thing??? I'd think dark, curly hair if anything. over here when people see red hair they think "Celtic" (well, Scottish or Irish, everyone forgets about the Welsh), so I get that sometimes, but, uh.
