Ford is vaguely irritated with his other self, though he can't come up with a logical reason why, so he won't say or do anything about it. How does that guy manage to smile so much without breaking his face? What is he so cheerful about? Doesn't he know that if he, Ford, fucks up, the Condesce has him on her hit list next?

(If this 'Valiska' person is twice as cheerful as Lissa, he will have to go and hide when she appears, because it will be too much for his brain to find someone that sexy that grating; Lissa enjoys things, and he taught her to, and he encourages it, but Lissa does not go around being perky. At least when she isn't in season, and then he doesn't mind it a bit...)
