Anyways, if you're still someplace dangerous, not a whole lot I can tell you-- you've got a defense mechanism that's kept you alive this long, and if you still need it it's probably worth the odd misfire or six. If that cost's outweighing the good it does you, or if your 'junx or someone else you trust thinks you're somewhere safe even if your brain's still in panic-defense mode? Maybe see if you can catch a psych's commline somewhere, or someone used to working with frontliners at least; they'll have suggestions for how to work around those misfires, or even start erasing the defense protocol. I'm willing to bet Index at least'd be willing to do what she can to help you out.
