I think so! Spoiler: spoilers up till issue 33 we definitely see Tenebrae night witches, so it's not exclusive to the Nazis.
She hasn't shown up yet, unfortunately! But considering how nearly every other member of the bat family (excepting damian, Duke, and dick (who himself has been teased to appear later)) has shown up, and how Marguerite Bennet seems VERY fond of Cass, I give it good odds she shows up somehow.

I mean i personally am hoping to see a bombshells Starfire to be friends with Raven. Or possibly date her. Either is an acceptable outcome.

(I also really like how back stories and everything get remixed. Hawkgirl is an inventor who built her own wings, Supergirl and Stargirl are adopted sisters from a village of exiles in Russia (with the cosmic staff being built explicitly so that Kortni could fly alongside her sister), Huntress is part of the Swing Kids/working with the anti Nazi resistances, the Batfamily as vigilante girl scouts, and actually Batwoman's motivation for becoming Batwoman is quite interesting to me in spoilery ways...) (And I still love how Mari is a superhero AND a queen AND an Olympic gold medalist.)
Spoiler ...man I know it's a bad thing instory, but I still quite like Demon-mode Raven. The horns and batwings and all are real neat. Though it is a bit weird how things changed... between two chapters her outfit changed and she became like 50 feet tall and grew a tail. I'm still not sure how she switched back in the end. also I am VERY happy that Superman looks like he's modelled off of a strongman, considering that's apparently part of the original time he was created, back at the very start. And also how he's just. he's strong and he can fly but he just doesn't want to hurt a fly. he just likes to make people happy and sit in the sun. (also they're foreshadowing Power Girl meeting Huntress and the other swing kids and i CAN'T WAIT. that sounds like an amazing meeting.) (and Lena Luthor might show? i mean they mention her, even if not by name...)
...though, the page layout is a bit different - the online versions, and I guess the digital versions, split each page in two? Upper half and lower half. so you end up with pages with a bit of art repeated on the bottom of one and the top of another. idk why they did that, but there you go.
