Just my two cents: I hope none of the sprites except for Davesprite make it in. The other sprites don't have much personality besides their constituents + spritely mania, and since we already have all the sentient sprite constituents, it would get kinda redundant. I'm excited for Hal though.

Any thought on filling one or two of those empty slots with Beforus trolls? I know that @Acey suggested Damara and I would so be down with that. The more Yanderes the merrier! I also would like to maybe see how Cronus would fare in a game like this.

Your narration is amazing. It makes the whole thing come to life. I'm invested in Roxy/Aradia/Terezi working out now. And I'm curious as to what's going to happen with Vriska/Feferi.

Does this new info about modding mean Dave will get his headphones?

Also, what's with the lover/friend/sex items? They were in the character intros but I haven't seen them mentioned again.

 

The items can be swapped with others to demonstrate a relationship of some sort. They don't actually do anything except for modifying various social stats.

Thanks! I'm fairly certain sprites will make it at this rate, at least Davepeta. With the personalities the game has available, none of the characters are really IC or canon. It's mostly just for reference and looks. I'd like to leave the Beforus trolls to Lazarae to sort of distinguish between our two games.

Unfortunately with the new mods, I can't seem to use my save editor to put them in easily, and I'm not really feeling up to messing deeper with the game and risk screwing things up. Which is a shame, because Dave would look great with those headphones!

And as Exohedron said, they don't exist in the game aside from characters trading them to demonstrate relationships.

I did a fresh install of the game and copied my saves and characters over and the AI works great! From my Yandere game:



I am slowly installing mods one at a time and checking the AI between each one. I have a strong suspicion it was the yaoi mod that did the thing, and my fujoshi heart weeps but we all have to make sacrifices when dealing with Homestuck Hentai.

 

No, there's still gay romance! Just no sex scenes.

Edit: but I'm still processing stuff so maybe this will all be moot and we can still have spicy hot wangs everywhere.

 

Just fade-to-black for sex scenes, if I'm remembering from earlier in the thread.

As far as I know, this one is the only one. The only other mod I can find is for the first Artificial Academy game.

Alright, got all my mods to work while keeping the AI fresh and delicious, with the exception of the male clothes that were recommended. It has an install method I'm not familiar with and I'm not up to messing around with brand new programs.

SO with our new transfer student being Hal, should I play AS him, or play as someone else so you can all meet him?

 

I wanna say play as him, but we'd probably get a better view of his personality as someone else. Play as Karkat, maybe?
