You can't technically take space and time out, but you can muck them up so much that they're near-Dream levels of nonsensical. Makes merry havoc on Material dimensions-- places and events overlapping, distances and times going wrong, that sort of thing. Dream planes like this one handle it a little better, being already fairly mutable themselves.
