The GC, or Galactic Council. They're a conglomerate of organic people, my crew is tasked with opening diplomatic relations with them now that Cybertronians stopped killing eachother all over the known galaxy.

 

Trade secret: if the paperwork gets mysteriously destroyed in combat, you can put it off even longer. [He winks, grinning.]

Naw I've always admired the DJD's commitment to absolutely batshit cruelty. I disagree with the whole "never criticize a thing Megatron says ever" approach they sometimes took, but generally? Sure they are cruel torture fraggers and I hate their hard on for authority but at least they aren't half-afted about it.

 

I mean, technically there's no war right now. Ours is over and we never had more than a few border scuffles with the GC before they declared themselves a no-fly zone and started enforcing that with all kinds of nasty stuff.
