    We killed a demon at the beginning of the session, and as a joke our fighter cut its dick off for a trophy. We proceeded to try to solve all our problems with the demon dick. Failed diplomacy check? Here's some powdered demon dick aphrodisiac as a gift! Need a distraction? Throw the demon dick! Run into more demons? Wave the dick at them! Need to move people more quickly along a bridge? Push them along with the demon dick!

    It's a party mascot now.
