This is as big as he gets, folks. Based on region of origin, the shell shape and the lip forming at the apertural margin is starting to turn back, it seems he's a specimen of Eobania vermiculata but I can't get a good look to see if his umbilicus has closed over because of his habit of hanging from the lid of his tank.

My dad brought him some kiwi fruit today, but persists in calling my young gentleman Slimy Sam, to which I take exception.

Snails are pretty great pets as it turns out.

Darwin and Curie are the same age (3 years) but Darwin is a lot smaller and his shell is losing color and he doesn't seem to eat right but won't let me headfeed either so if anyone got any tips I'd be super grateful

An episode of Not My Cat.

This cat just wanders into my parents' house whenever he feels like it for food and cuddles. He's called Mister Boo and is a retired show cat (don't worry, his owners know my parents' number and call to check if he's there.)



This fluffy monstrosity is so friendly. So, so damn friendly. Ginger fur everywhere because he will cuddle you head to toe if you let him.

 

That's pretty funny, because he looks so angry.
