That is not what he meant. Fidelis has always had a rather hard time adjusting to the way our culture looks now. All languages except Primal Vernacular sound silly to him, which means approximately 99% of the cybertronian population are "making sounds like it can talk". I suspect I understand somewhat why you are defensive but he's far from fluent in neocybex and very frustrated so drop it.
