I know what anxiety attacks feel like, or at least I thought I did.
You have your basic anxiety, where your entire body scrunches up and you're scared and you just want out, and then you have the whole other thing, where your blood pressure drops and you feel dizzy and sick and a bit cold, maybe want to throw up.

But lately I've been feeling a different thing, which sounds similar to the feeling made by lower blood pressure? But it feels completely different. My arms and neck feel incredibly cold, my face feels like it's burning and my jaw starts hurting, I feel a knot in my throat and a sharp pain in my chest, and I get a bit nauseous and a stomachache.

Is that just the same thing only more pronounced? Is it common to have different kinds of anxiety/panic attacks in different situations?

Cold feeling and mausea are symptoms of anxiety i get as well, for what it helps. I used to have one type of anxiety symptoms and then got another type, so I think they can shift sometimes?

i heard that arms and legs getting cold is a panic/anxiety reaction because it's your body prioritizing circulation to your soft bits. (i get that when i have anxiety attacks, but it's usually accompanied by hyperventilation)

also from your description i would call that feeling "dread"

This is what my anxiety usually feels like. I've only gotten like a panic in the sense of fear/feeling unsafe a coupe of times.

Oh, hmm yeah that sounds like it could fit
