Nice! Curls wanted to keep birds just for pretty but we didn't really have space on our own ship so he just keeps up with local feeds from the planets we've been to or passed by. Clips keeps a greenhouse though! We even got cleared for one of the organic labs on the TEAM so he could bring most of it with us! I don't think he modifies so much as just grows but hey! Nah, nah, I kinda got my dumb ass saved by a critter from the Beyond -vague jazz hands- that's made a habit of saving idiots who tangled with the wrong Weird Shit. Everyone else who got saved by it- or others like it? It's kind of vague- got changed a bit, and their strongest skills get archetyped and fed into the connected pool. I can tap most skills without getting overshadowed, but if I get seriously injured for example then I'll channel the Medic more directly and be capable of a lot better field surgery than I would be. So, I'm the Survivor- there might be someone out there who thanks to me (and other Survivors) knows what berries are poisonous without thinking about it, but if shit gets dire then they start to be able to do serious Survivorman shit- they'd know how otherwise, but their knots might be sloppy or their shelters might have holes. If they're channeling the Survivor then they'd do as well as I can. We only get the experience that comes with skill when we're in serious danger, otherwise we make do with... just knowing how.

More zombies in town. Lots of zombies in town. It's pretty lonely, but I've got a dog... and he's been herding animals back to the farm. So far a breeding pair of cows, not counting the ones I ate, a goat, a sheep. I've trapped a breeding pair of rabbits and chickens, too.

There's also the Cloud. Sometimes after dark cats come out of the woods. Tons of them. This great meowing mass of cats. They're shyer than fuck- never come out when I'm up late, and they'll bolt if the dog or I try to approach. Kind of eerie. -she looks absolutely charmed-
