what if frisk and chara bodysharing meant that both could coherently talk at once?

like. a weird thing where frisk is saying one thing and chara is saying another and it sounds like two people talking at once and not like a garbled mess.

 

it would probably get a lot of use on karaoke night

 

that'd be cool!

alternatively you could use the signing frisk hc and have them sign while chara speaks out loud, simultaneously

that's somewhat less of a Cool Power tho

 

or alternatively alternatively use the more canon-supported signing chara hc and have chara signing while frisk speaks out loud

chara and asriel would be drift compatible altho knowing them it would end tragically

(so would chara+frisk and, thinking on it, frisk+asriel actually)

 

the hot chocolate can thing in the undyne sidequest is blue but chara calls it green

consider: blue/green colourblind chara

so chara thinks their shirt resembles frisk's a lot more than it actually does

"our shirts are both green, like mine and asriel's"

"wtf chara my shirt is blue and pink/purple, not green!"

 

i hadn't even thought of that, although i had thought of chara drawing the sky green and the grass blue in a drawing because to chara the colours could look very similar.

also i looked it up and the colourblindness type that seems to cause most confusion between green and blue while still allowing for at least some colour vision is tritanopia, where you have no yellow cones and just see reds and blues. for some reason dark blues and purples are awful grungy looking shades.

chara probably does not like purple.

 

I wonder if those color correcting glasses for colorblind folks would work for a soul passenger chara if frisk put them on

Frisk and Chara could technically be a weird human amalgamate.

What if they were immune to physical violence like the monster amalgamates? That could be Interesting.

the worst goddamn part of writing undertale fic is leaving yourself a bunch of revision notes that basically come down to 'I probably should put a pun here, but I can't think of any'

damn you past-Lambda, I haven't miraculously become witty enough to come up with wordplay. this literally happens every time, it's almost always the last thing to finish
