Reopens reread tab, glances over the page I was on, remembers it has my favorite character dressed like this:

Me: ...oh, right.

 

there's such a thing?

 

Considering I could feel my muscles twitching from it, I'm gonna say yes.

I'm working on six stories at once. I love it. Writing is so invigorating for me.

 

So, yesterday I think I got a job.
Today I went there, and was told by the manager I needed to wait for a call from "Sue." And if she didn't call me I should talk to him and he'd make sure she called me.
I'm quite confused but I am happy to have a job

 

The suns on my shower curtain remind me of the fruit from Homestuck

 

I found a good video today.

 

There was a glitch on Tumblr and it made everyone's profile picture seem like my profile picture and I was very confused...but then I restarted the app and it went away

 

People who have seen Guardians of the Galaxy 2: does 3d make it better? Does it even matter?

 

It's a good movie, I'd say watch it in 2d first, then if you watch it again see it in 3d

 

3d didn't really enhance anything important imo, there's a couple scenes where it's kinda cool but you're not missing out on anything if you wanna skip out on the more expensive ticket

 

Fidget spinners are really calming (albeit kinda hard to use personally because of my dumb baby thumbs and shitty motor control) and i dont understand where all these "ugh, kids these days" noises are coming from

i don't even get how things being 3d enhances them in the first place

 

in some movies it actually enhances the experience visually. Avatar (blue people, not last airbender) comes to mind as a very tired example but it truly does get that little extra OOMPH from having actual depth to the visuals.

 

The scene after the tree burns down in Avatar, when the ash is floating down? It's pretty in 2D, but you legitimately feel like you could reach out and touch the ash in 3D, which really drove home just how devastating it was.

 

i've never really got any of those kinds of feelings watching anything in 3d, even avatar

 

3d is kinda a waste of money if you already have to wear glasses. They dont fit properly on your face and you cant see the ding dang movie if you take off your prescriptions. Plus i miss a lot of visual stuff anyways trying to focus on subtitleless audio

 

i mena it might not just not be for everyone? also if you wear prescription glasses it might just be that either not wearing glasses or double glasses extravaganza is distracting which somtimes happens for me.
