Brie is a sometimes cheese that's sorta alright but definitely not my favorite. Pairing it with fruit just worsens the fruit experience for me of the fruit and the cheese

gouda is the best cheese imo. excellent, especially aged.

Gouda is the best cheese, though ricotta gets close for me.

It´s still so weird to me that Gouda is fancy expensive cheese in america. Over here´s it´s the commonest cheese.

The best cheese is Feta or general goat cheese
(but i agree that Cheddar is A Good as far as cow-sourced cheeses go)

Idk you´d have to look up the immigration laws :P On a less permanent basis, catch a flight and find a place to sleep?

Goat cheese is too gamey for me personally. The strong aftertaste is definitely not a favorite. I can do that gamey taste in meat but cheese it just sticks to your tongue too boldly

I found out yesterday that goat milk is much more similar to human milk than bovine, and has less lactose, making it easier to digest for the many lactose intolerant people out there.

Just another reason that goat cheeses are the best.

    Goat cheese is interesting

Fun fact: my parents got me to eat brie when i was little by calling it brie margarine? Because it was sort of spreadable i guess, and because i don't really like eating straight up slices of cheeses like cheddar. Weird texture. And apparently i was vaguely betrayed when i found out it was cheese? Anyway brie is good, ive just like sauteed slices of green apple with brie, 2 delish, i die

So the other day my sister made spaghetti only to find we were out of sauce and so she used ketchup instead, claiming it was just as good. I turned to google only to find a shitton of people like this combo. I am personally offended and that anyone would ever do that to an innocent spaghetti noodle (then again i hate ketchup so my opinion is very biased).

    Whats yalls opinion?

Hm. I don't think it'd be a great combo but if I had literally no other option I'd probably like it more than plain noodles. Plain noodles just taste like wasted opportunities. At least put Parmesan cheese or like, oil and garlic on em.

I feel like butter and garlic ought to be an option in a well-stocked kitchen, but if the noodles are good even I would prefer plain. Though as a kid I did put ketchup on my KD.

Ketchup is so far away from even a sweet red sauce it's not even funny. I'd prefer eating the noodles plain, tbh.

I like ketchup to go on Schinkennudeln (pasta with ham, eggs and onion) but on plain spaghetti I'd got butter/garlic or olive oil/garlic.

I used to eat just plain buttered noodles all the time as a smol and that sounds way better than ketchup.

Other things better than ketchup on spaghetti as topping alternatives: chili, diced canned tomatoes, melted cheese, hot sauce
