I just heard someone use the term "salty" in a video game. I'd never seen it used outside tumblr and this forum before, I thought it was strictly an online thing.

 

it'pretty common gamer lingo. you see it used a lot in competitive games

 

I mean like a character in the game. But ok fair point.

 

The yogi bear park my mom works at has zombie paintball on weekends and its set up so theres like a "briefing room" and then you get in a hayride with bolted on guns and shoot "zombies" that run at you and theres cool props everywhere including a super realistic plane crash and toxic waste barrels and i really wanna go one day but its so fucking expensive.

 

according to the captions on the red vs blue episode i'm watching, omega laughs like papyrus. "nyeh heh heh heh."

 

i love my fave skeleton... and he does have a bit of a villain laugh. i can see it. hear it. what have you.

i thought omega had stopped being a major character/villain/stopped acting like part of the inspiration for burt before where you stopped watching. 'cause, like, you stopped a few seasons after the blood gulch chronicles, right? (being vague even though i think i know when in case i'm wrong and being spoilerly.)

also... something kinda interesting will happen with doc. eventually. not gonna say when or what but... it happens and this convo reminded me of it.

that's a tricky thing to answer.
short answer, i remember who i think was omega/maine working with washington to do things that coincidentally involved taking doc prisoner for a bit?
long answer is, i watched the first few seasons multiple times, and the last season that i really watched and paid attention to was the one where washington gathers up the sim soldier gang to go invade the freelancer base so he can steal the ai. i vaguely remember stuff after that, but all the remaining stuff i watched, i only watched once. so i've got fragment memories of [untold time passed] and caboose teaching the ai to be church, the shenanigans with the sphere in the temple and tucker in the sand and donut off finding himself and washington got in legal trouble so he wanted the ai to exonerate himself, and shiela crashed and tex went missing, and eventually duplicatedchurch trapped himself in a simulation of the simulation battles for a bit so he could try to chase that fragment of tex and finally let her die, and the arc of carolina and him going after the director. all mishmash memories that aren't in chronological order, or even the sequential of when they were shown in the show. i watched those seasons once in this blurry rush where i didn't take much in. last episode i saw was the one after the ai-like-church-but-not and carolina fucking off to do whatever without mentioning it to the ex-simulation guys, where it jumped forward again to show them dealing with more nonsense of their living situation.

i don't even remember for sure if the quiet-because-only-washington-can-hear/understand-him,-or-at-least-doc-can't, was maine or omega or a mishmash of them both. i remember washington being pissy about it so i assume it wasn't maine.

so yeah, i was basically correct there. :D and you stopped watching at the end of season 1o, and stopped paying attention once season 6 was finished.

anyway, when i made my comment up above, i was talking about one of the early red vs blue episodes, so i guess it doesn't really matter whether he's still in that mindset now, 'cause i wasn't even talking about current red vs blue. :P

i... have no idea whats going on but i guess this means there might be an opportunity to do a photoshoot?? idk what's up with that. and if there's an opening that may mean if i want it to happen that i'd need to do the thing to make it happen. .... i am intrigued. A BIT WORRIED IN CASE I FUCK UP IF THAT'S THE CASE. but intrigued! it'd be a lot more fun that Spot The Homestuck At A Distance, to get everyone congregated in one spot for some pictures again :3
