That too. A doctor is in as much a position of power over a patient as a general is over his officers. More, even, because a doctor holds the health and wellbeing of a patient in hand. Demanding sexual favors is a quick way to descend a dark path.

Also nothing else will fit, typically. But outside of your visits to the medbay, I would be amenable to some forms of flirtation.
