The Weirdmageddon Tango Reverse Pines kids dress very well, in particular Gwendolyn Northwest, but they talk like regular kids. (One of the things people do in Reverse Pines universes is put people in different families--Gwendolyn Northwest is Wendy Corduroy, but from the Northwest family, although they are somewhat less toxic than they are in GF canon because of the Reversiness.)

Reverse Ford wears a lot of silly clothes, mostly in blue. He likes ascots and cravats and occasionally wears a fur cape.

Lissa, however, does not dress up much, and is usually in shorts or short dresses. Lissa finds most clothing uncomfortably constricting. Her clothes are of good quality, but usually casual and minimal. If she is dressed up she's in a short sparkly dress. This does not give her a very "refined" appearance. She looks like someone who either spends a lot of time outside (true) or a lot of time getting laid (also true).

(Cattes, in their own societies, wear a lot of loose clothes or very little clothing, depending on the weather/ecosystem of the planet you find them on. If they wear shoes, they always wear heels, because their feet do not like being flat on the ground from heel to toe. They do not like things like tight jeans.)

The Weirdmageddon Tango Actual Pines characters dress well, but they don't dress like people from the modern-day US that much, so I'm not sure how that would read. Ford Classic wears sweaters and pants when he's not wearing Pennarine clothes but in Pennarine clothes he frankly looks a bit medieval. Valiska Pines' clothes look vaguely Middle Eastern or South Asian most of the time. The tagline I always give new WT players for how people dress on Pennarion is "like they can't decide whether they're from the Magic Kingdom or Tomorrowland".

I suspect the WT characters most likely to put him off would be Kit's Sev, who is rarely if ever in SPR, and my Paz (Pacifica Northwest working through her gender and feminist issues--she's not fussed about feminine pronouns at this point in time but she's pretty genderfluid in many other ways and identifies as a Prince).

 

I think Connor is pretty safe, he wears jeans and the same shirt all the dang time. (it´s pretty much canon he just buy 20 of that same shirt whenever his supply gets shredded)

The pizza the girls conjured up comes from Big Rico's (which is a chain that started in Night Vale in both classic and reverse WT-verse) and is wheat-free, but does not taste wheat-free. (Seriously. There are awful gluten-free pizzas in this world of shame and sorrows, but there are also very good ones. I was diagnosed with celiac disease quite late in life so I am only willing to eat pizza that tastes like pizza; in my area that means the GF pizzas from Patxi's and California Pizza Kitchen, because the GF pizzas from other places are soggy and awful.)

However, given that rave magic works from your imagination, it is entirely possible that the pizza is whatever your character wants it to be/would expect; they just "ordered" what they know the family likes, which is pizza that Lissa can eat with them, though she won't touch the veggies lol.

Edit: for, uh, given values of superhero anyway. He uses guns - in fact there's two visibly on him right now - and believes killing is sometimes the best option.

@Codeless possibly relevant thing: Jason is canonically alive because Superboy punched a hole in the walls between universes. My Jason knows this because it's such a bizarre piece of knowledge I think it's funny.

 

@Norm the Genie's clothing might make him read as upper-class, though his accent won't.

i'm not sure what @Leonard L Church (RvB) is even wearing - what he's wearing in his icon is only an approximation meant to get at the general idea of what he wears in canon and is not even a particularly accurate one 'cause the dollmaker didn't have an option that fit any better.

 

Jason's issue is mostly with people on the Bruce Wayne-type level of socialites - the kind where any legal trouble rolls off of them because Money and Power, so so far he's doing okay. Thanks for all the info y'all

 

I picture Vector's accent as something approaching Posh, but that may or may not matter with the... giant robot-ness :P

 

my personal headcanon is that game magic is what let all the trolls and humans talk to each other, so once that stopped working it was 'whoops oh shit'
gift of gab in canon just lets them talk in person instead of thru computers, but i'm also headcanoning that it lends godtiers a little more ease at learning languages
