I find it deeply hilarious that Lissa realised that Wrench would be afraid of them, but decided that Marcus of all people must know better than her and went along with it when he took off.

 

We're likely to disappear without warning in a bit btw, but now Wrench is Maximum Embarrassment because that was a little harder to play off than he expected.

 

Jason was killed by the Joker, for those of y'all who don't know. He is not very enthused with the idea of a whole clown religion.

 

As a note cat Marcus is from a recent split off (so he knows lissa et al) but in his timeline he is also trans! His Wrench is also not as skiddish as alpha Wrench

 

@KingStarscream @Mendacity this is adorable. And I had wondered what the difference was, I was thinking something like piercing or foreskin y/n but trans definitely also works!!!! :D

 

Also now the tortie thing makes sense, I don't think I've heard of an amab tortie.

(I had a cat once named Bishounen that I was absolutely sure would have been trans if hir fuzzy little cat brain could've held the concept. Bishounen was amab and also a Cat of Very Little Brain, but everyone thought Bishie was a girl, hence the name, and Bishie's favourite thing to do was play in my lingerie and also messing with my mostly yaoi-back-then manga)

Jason has massive trust issues, and "trapping someone in a pocket dimension filled with people that seem to be friendly" is really not that far-fetched of a plot for a comic book villain. So he's not gonna trust anything anyone says about whether things can cross over to mess with his dimension - or for that matter if he can get in and out of the rave.

 

Another difference with Cat!Marcus: He and his Wrench are not actually going steady anymore. It became friends (with sometimes benefits) when he and uh... Well-- I think I'll let that show itself :'D

The answer is it's Jordi.

 

Jordi is, for the record, lying out his ass. I peg him at early 40's at the least. He could be touching 50 or low as 35 depending on the timeline, but he's absolutely not in his twenties.

 

So the two Marcuses have different accounts but how do we tell which Jordi we have?

Also I'm glad I didn't read that before because seeing it happen as Lissa was much more fun, except now there are two of Wrench, too, and if they're both attached to her, she's going to be confuse-a-cat for a while. Although knowing Lissa she won't mind it if there are two of them around hahahah. (I kind of love being in that girl's brain, even though it's definitely messed up and full of PTSD, I wish I had a shred of her ability to connect with people, not to mention her cheerful unconcern with what people think of her and whether or not it's really okay for her to do whatever she feels like doing as long as she makes it so no-one gets hurt.)

 

Well, the bright side is that Jordi is the Watch Dogs Universal Constant, so technically all Jordis are the right Jordi. Unfortunately, this requires him to disclose how he feels about any given WD character at the time, because he might remember them all, but they certainly don't always remember him across dimensions. :P
