Okay. No problem. Most of my characters are probably fine for you but those two are just really bossy.

 

Although Lissa and Sawbones have never had a problem, but that's because I don't think it would ever occur to her to boss a Transformer around (and no, I don't know why, I wish I did.)

 

Because clearly the big metal cat is the boss where the transformers are from :P

 

Ok so sixty goddamn pages happened while I was out of spoons. I'mma go with 'Unspoken had to fuck off to do godly business, too bad if she left people hanging'

@dky she does keep her word though, and if Jack reminds her she owes him a secret she'll give him one. If he forgets she won't remind him though, because she is still a Laverna.

Vector talking about sense of identity and the rave got me to finally bring in Naenia (not her actual name), who as a revenant/wiedergaenger has fuckall sense of self and is kind of anomalous in that she's not (entirely) a bloody-minded monster tearing a path of destruction from her resurrection point to whoever killed her.

Don't call her a zombie unless you want a rant on the nature of necromancy and the undead in her world. Provided she's up for talking. In fact it's a good way to snap her out of the death-fugue.

Lissa and Ford appreciate the distraction from Marcus. They have never watched a kitty they didn't make themselves so intently.

One of our cats does this very often to our dog. It's... hilarious really. Like, you're tiny you have no room to do this and yet

 

Senka thinks he's adorable and will totally let him. She's good with smols, despite the fact that she's the biggest subspecies of leopard and therefor a WHOLE LOTTA CAT. Possibly because of that fact.

 

This does amuse me since thers three people who appear in the rave to do get to tell Sawbones what to do. (but no Lissa is not one) That would be Nichrome, Triage, and Life Support when he´s not being an idiot. Of Course sawbones is also happy to sit on Nichy for being an idiot...

Lissa tells me Sawbones carries herself like a queen, and she has had kits. Probably why she gets along with Soundy. She knows that kitling has a mama.

I think she and Carla have had to look after a lot of other people's kids. Carla used to be unquestioned queen of the household and if she said jump Lissa would ask how high. But Carla's health and energy are not what they once were and after that night nobody talks about because it happened for a reason that didn't succeed, they became more equal and now Carla is content to be the spymistress and let Lissa be the teen-wrangler because teenagers are fucking exhausting.

So it may actually have something to do with Connor's age and the fact that he was hanging out with her kids. Not saying she should do that or that it's ok for her to. Just troubleshooting so I don't set off whatever that is again.

Valiska is only really bossy when people are under her roof and crowded and she's trying to prevent that situation from overheating like it would if you stuffed 30 unrelated cattes in a bunker.

Since the above ground floors of the house were rebuilt, and regular deliveries and storage have been arranged, most people don't choose to cook for themselves, but they can, and Papyrus and Clover have kitchens of their own.

The situation that drove Mina nuts was always intended to be temporary. At that time, the main large household kitchen was in rubble, Ford didn't know if he could trust people enough to authorise access to the lower floors, delivery needs were still being calculated and Sigrid and Alexei were trying to cook 3.5 meals per day for 30 people in a kitchen set up for non-cooks that was basically a short wide hallway lined with appliances, not a room. I literally based it off my parents' kitchen when they were retired.

Now, she's still bossy, but much more chill, and she and Clover get along really well.
