And deep fry something.


Which inevitably leads to the question, do deep fried pickles exist, answer is yes.

I wonder if pickling deep fried things is possible, but my quick lazy search just leads to a page of clickbait bs of shocking lists of deep fried foods.

 

Fried pickles are the bomb. As for pickling deep-fried things, my instinct would be to say no, because picked things need to have structural integrity when immersed in liquid and most deep fried things are breaded.

I mean, you could pickle a hot wing. But I wouldn't eat it.

Edit: I found a recipe for pickling chicken after you deep fry it here, so apparently yes, it is possible.

 

I think I'm happy to hear that, but man, at the same time...... what the texture and taste must be like. Very unsettled.

 

Hmm, what's the next step... Baking? Stir frying?

the joke was an attempt at the pickle version of a moon moon joke. Pickled pickle. I don't think I formulated it well due to not having slept at all in the last 24 hours.

 

We started our road trip yesterday, and there was a double rainbow at sunset with the full color spectrum very clearly visible :D my family always gets rainbows at the beginnings of long trips, its weird. Bonus! Todays sunset had a double rainbow too!

 

I've seen deep-fried water.

Also, attempting to combine a binder and a corset gives me an a+ figure, but also makes it really hard to breathe and puts my general blood oxygen levels to "slightly woozy at all times", soooo nope.

I assume in a similar way to making deep fried pepsi or fried ice cream - the batter is very important. Perhaps a thickly battered ice cube. I wouldn't make it because danger but that would make it theoretically possible.

 

I googled it, it involves making special membranes and stuff. Easily poppable ones.

 

In other news, i have obtained TEXAS SHAPED WAFFLE for breakfast. It is large and delicious
