Someone on the Dream Daddy reddit compiled a list of what scores for each dad the Dadbook answers give you, and I'm living for Mat and Robert both scoring you high if you pick the "I'm emotionally compromised and comfortable admitting it" answers.

Spoiler Tbh I'm not sure exactly how much influence they have but the person who made the dollmaker parts (correct me if I'm wrong? ), JN Wiedle used to Homestuck, though largely the intermission side (they illustrated the paradox space comic The Inaugural Death of Mister Seven) So possibly there are others who wanted to put Karkatesqueries into Ernest :P
