i have made a few dozen undecillion cookies and it has gotten concerning

 

There's a point where the news feed says the universe has turned into cookies on a subatomic level. (I haven't checked, but I suspect it's once you pass the estimated number of atoms in the known universe.)

 

I think you get "Entire universe filled with cookies! No vacancies!" when you get the "A world filled with cookies" achievement.
Which, incidentally, isn't even close to the highest cookies-baked-this-ascension achievement.
