Lissa slips under the open front of his jacket where it's warm and snuggles into his arm, wrapping her own arm around his waist, and cheers. Fireworks are even better in the rave where she doesn't have to wear earplugs, or constantly be on the lookout for earplugs that fit. Not to mention the whole thing where they can use heavy ordnance just for the pretty explosions if they feel like it, because they will not get hurt.

Mostly it's a matter of staggering the mix, but it's really not worth doing more than three at a time, and once you push up to five the smoke starts going muddy and grey. I'm more interested in angling the flares so that they make proper designs when you light 'em up just right, you dig?

Of course, if I NEED to get REALLY FREAKY with the booms, I can just go straight for MAXIMUM EFFORT too.

It's also sort of a thing in a lot of human cultures where... Like, in America we blow up colorful explosives on the fourth of july to celebrate our independence from England. Other countries do it for similar reasons, or to bring in the New Year... Humans like making things go boom, especially when it's pretty.

 

Blowing up isn't for fun, though...
