She tosses some of the globes Kablooey gave her into the air and decides that they are all going to go off in the shape of a big, purple heart, just because it would be funny, and jumps into the centre of the heart with a twirl.

"In the name of the Tempter, I'll ... show you your true faces!" she says, and flips into a magical girl stance.

She has ADHD* and a bunch of explosives. Oh, the fun she will have.

do you like working in deep space? i havent been off planet in a long time but i think id like it :)

 

[Wires makes a noncommital noise and wobbles one hand back and forth.] Don't like my job exactly, but actually being out here's pretty great. I parse electronic communication on the same relays as normal audio input, so populated space gets kinda.... loud for my tastes, know what I mean? Long as I got my buddies around I'm fine drifting out here, even if I'd kinda like to see what kind of life we could make if we went back.

 

Yeah pretty much. Oracle just doesn't like people making messes where she has to mop them up, can't blame her.

People don't usually want me to sign anything when I'm leaving them handcuffed to the front door of the prison.

[Don't mind the pile of secret police/assassins cuddling behind your couch, Dick.] Yeah, Stream was built specifically to find structural weaknesses in things, and if he wants to reclaim that by using it to make plans instead of actually fight I'm not gonna stop 'im.

 

[Dick lazily salutes him, grinning sheepishly. He's currently cuddled up to a murder-y vigilante, he has left ideological purity behind a long long time ago.]
I hope he's got success with that, fighting's not for everyone. People who don't like it shouldn't have to, that's what I'm for, to fight the fights others don't want to or can't.

 

Mm. [Wires nods, trying not to look as guilty as he feels.] Don't think he knows how not to fight, honestly, his battlefield's just on paper instead of face-to-face. Less work for me's never a bad thing anyhow, I don't like seein' any of 'em in medbay but Stream in particular's a glitch an'a half to put back together.

 

-With a little bit of quiet swearing, Jason seems to have gotten the hang of the button bombs; his third attempt looks neater than his first. He puts down his tools and puts one hand in Dick's hair absently, staring at the TV.-

More the "guns first, plan later" type myself, but you gotta admire Callista's persistence. I would've up when Brian exposed her knockoff handbag business a couple seasons ago if I were her.

i think a lot about what would happen if things were different too though
i love my friends and i love everyone new i got to meet! and were happy here...but its hard not to wonder isnt it?

Ooo the knockoff handbags were fun. I almost expected her to try shoes next but nope, rigging gardening competitions of all things. Can't complain too much because Keith and Umran made up and started collaborating on the rose-hedge instead of Keith keeping the rosehips hostage because he didn't get any of the candy Umran had brought everyone else.
