Nah, it's not big enough to cause a bowel obstruction or anything like that. They do get accidentally swallowed from time to time and are designed with that in mind.

If you are looking at real good stuff made to cleave meat and be durable, or if it has intricate designs then no. The average "fancy" hunter knife goes for 50 at least
