Oh- Hah, sorry sweets I won't need a partner. After my parents first- There was a time I couldn't stomach trapeze practice. So Batman - The one back then - installed Aerial Silks in the training room so I could still get practice in without any of the problems with my other tricks. When I asked Ignis to show his dances I wanted to see if there's style differences mostly.
[He laughs sheepishly.]

 

[Updraft blinks at him, looks over at Starscream, looks back at Ignis] Would they even hold me? [Wait] Wait, nevermind in here they totally do. Um. Yes, I would love to? [Not that he'd be any good at it, but at least he can be entertaining at failing?]

 

[Undertow is meanwhile trying to be halfway sneaky about examining the silks that are totally still there. They look interesting and she's got an idea of what to do with him, she's seen a few performances and she perks right up when she hears Ignis, enough so to overcome her natural inclination to not... perform for people. It's not performing if it's learning. Learning is rarely sexy]

Admittedly he's never considered before how that might impact say his flying speed, the change has been so gradual. Yep! We can always swap out the alloys they're made of if you need something with a little more tension to it, a lot of it's more physics and balance than the actual material itself.

[She pauses a moment, considering, but the... jet? seems to honestly eager to just talk about dancing, it made him ping as 'harmless' somehow] I mean, usually not with those, but I've just seen it done. I can do the normal uhh pair stuff. [Not that she enjoys it, but...] I prefer to dance for myself, I'm pretty good at it underwater? [Hey if you're no flier you gotta take your zero grav where you can find it and she doesn't even need any fancy silks for it, take that equipment sellers!]

I was, but i think I found dance lessons instead? [She offers a small smile. Lacuna's Stentato's twin, so she's safe, at least this version of her. So. no reason to worry, all good all good, they can all have dance lessons, it'd be fun.]

I can show you later? Summoning water is pretty easy here. [She looks at the silks, considering] I'd like to try, I think. [How much harder than water could it be? Plus, it's not like she can actually hurt herself here, not like trying to do fancy things in the surf. That had banged her up badly]

 

I mean... yeah? Not much to be done about it though. [Shrug!] And besides, if I was still alive I probably wouldn't have half as many people to teach! Lissa and the guy already up aren't even in our universe, and I don't know what or where the TEAM is but somehow I don't think I'd be assigned to it?
