Anyone here know how to use xdelta?

Help! I need a word that I know in Dutch, but do not know an equivalent to in English and it's bugging me.

The word is 'spreekuur' which in Dutch describes the practice of seeing patients one after the other on a morning or afternoon, or the entire day. Like at a GP's office. Patients all have individual appointments, but the doctor has 'spreekuur' on a morning.

Anyone?

If it's in the hospital, I would also say "rounds", but yeah, I don't think we have a really specific word. Just "the doctor is in from (time) to (time) on (x day)". Office hours works, though.

 

Cleaned out my desk drawers and organized/cleaned my room a little. Looks better in here but now I'm really tired and I still have to go to work.

For some reason I decided to go through a storage bin one more time instead of just dumping it all. Thank goodness, because stuck under a pile of birthday cards was my vaccination card, and I need it for school. (Tiny little thing like this, about the size of the palm of my hand.)

Does the aca tax penalty still exist? My father claimed trump got rid of it, and I tried to find out if that was true but the articles were conflicting. I'm too tired to deal with my fathers lying

 

The penalty for not getting a plan? The reconciliation rules meant the Republican plans to replace Obamacare set the penalty to zero but none of those plans passed so the mandate is still in effect

New house!

I miss Wi-Fi more than I miss furniture. (Furniture arrives Sunday, I am currently indoor camping )

 

When my family moved from OR to WA, the moving company bullied my tired, stressed parents into getting the largest size moving truck. The driver could not get the truck up our new driveway, and so promptly drove the truck back on the ferry and to the nearest base. It took weeks for them to transfer our furniture to a smaller truck and send it over. We had basically nothing for the first 6 weeks we lived there. We spent a loooooot of time playing Bust A Move for Gameboy Color.
