If possible, I'd like it if my character data was wiped entirely. I seem to be having some issues and I think that it may be related? Username is meretechnicality.
Technicality, can you be more specific? I can probably do thing, but it helps if I know what's going on or what to look for.
I'm hoping to do a full reset due to partially 1) wanting a fresh start, and 2) some character glitchiness I'm hoping is cleared up by deleting my player's data. If there's a way to delete basically everything associated with my character then I'd like to do that.
Can someone tell me how the Forestry infuser works? Because I have an infuser, and I have a bottle of short mead, and I have pollen, and theoretically this combination of things should somehow get me some curative mead, but I right click with the infuser and a GUI comes up that looks like I should be able to stick pollen and mead in, but I cannot. None of the various wikis seem to go into any detail beyond "infuser + pollen + short mead = curative mead lol" and I need curative mead for my food museum. >:(

So I was watching some Minecraft videos today and was hit with sudden nostalgia for multiplayer Minecraft. But since apparently I can't kick myself into doing stuff on the server, I went looking into what mod packs are popular right now and learned, to my delight, that Ars Magica 2 has been updated to work with the same Minecraft version that the latest Feed The Beast pack is on. I fuckin love Ars Magica y'all If this turns into some sort of Minecraft binge I will probably post screenshots
So I don't think anyone's been on in a month or so, so I've shut the thing down for now. Not deleted, just powered down since it wasn't getting used that I know of. And the reason it's still all 1.7.x is that for some reason, the mod community fragmented badly around 1.8/1.9/1.10 and I'm not sure there's yet a single version that everyone came together on since 1.7.10, so there's a lot of new stuff that might be fun to play with, but you can't have a bunch of it all together the same way, or at least, couldn't last I checked.
several of people's favorite mods are also no longer being updated, notably witchery, and thaumcraft. I've been looking into making a new modpack occasionally, because it would be fun to get back into it, but i'm having the issue of finding a lot of the mods I like to use. There are a few interesting new mods though, that I really need to look at.
Yeah. I am curious about the thing, and would like to have a look at it again. Possibly with fewer of the things like decocraft or FSP that were really interesting but also huge and slow.

At some point, I'm going to get this new laptop set up, and then see how well the electrician fixed our connectivity issues (turns out they were coming from inside the house, *insert horror music noise here,*) sans semi-borked laptop. I kinda miss rambling around ADHD: The Building, but put the thing back up or not in your own time.
I'd be there in a flash if somebody kicked off like a 1.10 server - some of my favourite Minecraft memories are from a server with Ars Magica. Though turns out Thaumcraft isn't making it past 1.8 ever, and the loss of Witchery still stings, there's bound to be cool new magic mods out there. I hear Blood Magic got a complete rewrite in the update from 1.7
modpack has, blood magic, ars magica 2, roots, and embers, which is kinda half magic/half tech. and astral sorcery which is full magic, I think. [Edit:] There are more mods, i'm just listing magic mods here. [Edit the second:] I also added Abyssalcraft! [Edit the third:] Added botania as well.
That sounds awesome. I'm sad about the loss of Thaumcraft, so I need SOME kind of magic mod to learn, and it sounds like you've collected a good bunch!
