I honestly can't tell if this is stuff a normal functional human adult might do and I find it weird cause I am definitely not that, or what. Having loud pretend sex for about 4 fucking hours as revenge for your hosts being kind of pushy and obnoxious seems. Like a fucking waste of time. Also, i feel like four hours worth of pretend sex would have produced more than one fake used condom. I keep reading fics that annoy me. I don't like romcoms, why am I pushing myself to read this dippy romcom fic for a pairing that I only really ship fucked up??
Four hours of pretend sex is... ludicrous. Quick google searching suggests that the average sex act takes 7.3 minutes. Four hours would be enough time for 32 rounds. Even if you're taking it slow, unless you're doing a scene MEANT to take forever, I have real doubts that it would be LOUD for that whole time. Did they not get hoarse? Tired? And four hours is just so many hours ;-; I would struggle to even make it to one round because this is boring, I am bored beyond words, I have better things to do with my life than be a minor annoyance because my hosts were kind of dicks. And then I've gone to all this effort to look like a total asshole, and I am am an asshole (just not for the reasons they think). Just. I can see one round being plausible. For the lulz. This is so over the top it's hard to process. That's half of a work day's worth of time. Did they not want to..... SLEEP at any point that night?
this is about fanart really but: whenever fanartisrs do gender swaps and a gnc character is involved it's always like lolololol they look the same it's joke and no...make them gnc even when flipped...you cowards...you tepid fools
if gender nonconforming for the gender they started out as is gender conforming for the gender they got flipped to, i think the gender nonconforming character becoming gender conforming in that genderbend can make sense. after all, some boys are feminine because it is an aesthetic they like and the type of things they like to do, and some girls are masculine because it is an aesthetic they like and the type of things they like to do. it's not a political statement for everyone, even if it is for some people.
I know it's not politics or anything, I just think it's more interesting to swap and have a feminine boy into a masculine girl rather than just a feminine boy into a feminine girl. like, it feels more consistent and it's more fun to switch up a character design like that imo. just from an art standpoint, if you're gonna change up everyone else's designs and then just have the butch girl's male design just be her regular design without breasts...it's boring imo, and I see it a lot.
it feels more consistent and more in character to me when the feminine characters stay feminine and the masculine characters stay masculine than it does when their gender presentation is changed in genderbends, unless they chose their gender presentation to make a political statement, so i disagree with you thoroughly there.
