    The reason for the announcement thread is that I've had a couple of people express distress at sudden mod appointments, so before spock actually gets access to things like Caring Void, I'm giving people a heads up so if people wanted to have threads moved out of Caring Void or something, they can.

    But also in a while spock will be joining us because we are a little understaffed and another calm person who can tell me when I'm being stupid is always useful.

    I've always appreciated your efforts to understand and address forum drama. I think you're very impressive at explaining sources of confusion while nimbly avoiding explaining at people. Possibly because it feels like you're more invested in understanding than winning. I hope we don't stress you out too much, or at least not to the point where it's not sufficiently rewarding to be worth your while.

    ahaha, you can't possibly be implying that starscream of all people would not be fully loyal to the existing power structure. i think i saw an episode of G1 transformers once where he didn't try to kill ANYONE who outranked him.
