Spoiler: mild spoilers i'm not entirely sure what to make of this coloration, but considering the fact that the protective software is called Scratchware and you're talking to a magic cue ball during that interaction, I'm wondering whether Doc Scratch is going to be involved in the story at some point.
Spoiler All the adults are offplanet. There's a conversation between Joey and Xefros where they take turns with the "that's the saddest thing I've ever heard" bit when trying to explain who raises the kids.

Spoiler So, tetrarch/tetrarchy, tetra means the number four. We've only seen three new trolls so far (that matter). Who's the fourth?
Spoiler okay but 'tetrarch' is one of four rulers, not just four people. and Dammek picked that title for himself. I'm taking that to mean, at least until prove otherwise, that there are four rebel leaders, or something of the sort, not just 'new trolls'. I mean, there are released character models for other trolls, whose respective placeholders are 'The Rebel Marshall', 'Pirate Thief', 'Gatherer', and 'Beekeeper'. (the first one's placeholder name makes me suspect she, at least, is probably involved with the rebels somehow, and she's a tealblood, so maybe another tetrarch?) plus there's Cridea and Fiamet, named trolls who we haven't seen yet. basically, there are a lot of trolls from concept art who are going to be in the game but who we haven't encountered yet. so I'm not really inclined to think that tetrarch refers to the new trolls, or even necessarily the story-important trolls. there are a LOT of trolls yet to come. tetrarch might be the title for four rebel leaders, three of whom we'd have yet to meet then, or it might just be a title Dammek picked all on his own and he's the only one, although I'm inclined to suspect the first thing. but. yeah. we're gonna meet a lot of other trolls.
Spoiler Xefros implied that there were multiple tetrarchs, iirc. I think even multiple besides Dammek.
Spoiler well, yes, which is why I'm inclined to suspect we'll be meeting other rebel leaders. but given that tetrarch means 'four rulers' and Dammek probably wouldn't grab something associated with Trizza as a rebellion title, I gotta assume that there are at least three other leaders here, not just that it's a term for like....the four new trolls or something, which is what tickingnectarine seemed to be thinking? like, we've met three trolls. only one is a tetrarch. which means there is way more than just one troll to come if we're gonna meet the other tetrarchs. Trizza and Xefros are definitely not tetrarchs.
I wish that this game had come out months ago. because dammek hit me hard as very similar to someone I cut off years later than I should have.
