I got the update, but my muted channels aren't hidden. You can try clicking on the server menu settings - there should be an option to hide/show muted channels.

Eta The movers broke something when they were inexplicably putting a thing in a box, so that's cool. Not cool. Happy I'm not in charge of payment and thus the question of tip.

New place has ceiling fans around and I thought I would dislike because the moving shadow flicker usually bugs the crap out of me, as in makes social harder and distracts and upsets, and yet. The one in my room, that I can control, is a pleasant breeze on toes and source of a slight clicking sound. Not the usual AAA, even when a roomie comes to door to chat.

 

the tires on my bike blew out and my brain immediately went to "you're on a starship and your FTL drive blew out and now you have to use auxiliary power (walking) to get there"
