I'm currently extremely pissed about what they've done to the current PTR Mercy. Now they appear to have decided that all we get is a rez every 30 seconds with no boost from ult except for slightly longer rez range. They're also reverting the GA changes just as everyone started to like them, and cutting Mercy's speed during ult as well. So what fucking GOOD is the ult anymore? Fly around slowly with infinite ammo and a pathetic degree of heal boost? Apparently it's just "too hard" to shoot down ulting Mercy.

Ults are SUPPOSED to be fucking game changing, Blizzard.

 

What’s the fucking point of making my SUPPORT HEALERS ULT all about how I as a SUPPORT HEALER can... do dps because the rez utility was sort of key there.

Also bullsht it’s hard to shoot down an ulting Mercy. The only ones that get difficult are the ones who never come down to rez which they’re encouraging with this change. She’s easy pickings the moment she gets down near the ground.

 

Hell, get a half-competent Widowmaker and you can keep her from popping into the sky at all.

 

it only takes a McCree or Soldier with ult to make an ulting Mercy have a bad time

because ults are supposed to be used to counter ults

 

it's at the point if they do this in live that the only point of a Mercy ult will be to go DPS

 

i will use it to make out with my blue girlfriend and then die

 

what are some of the OW youtubers/twitch streamers you all keep up with? i watch chro, eeveea, bazza gazza (though i really dont like the rest of that group, theyre all intensely obnoxious), astrokitty, luminum+hoshizora, and loserfruit

Animetic, because it's so satisfying watching a Mercy main who can headshot better than most DPS yet who doesn't ignore their healing for it
