There’s a new video on Gordon Ramsey’s YouTube channel called Gordon Ramsey on cocaine and I can’t watch it because it’s not available in my country. I really want to know what’s on it though.

 

Surely someone must know how to insert an image into a kintsugi post?

 

In the rich text editor, in the top bar (right next to the emoticon button), there's a button to embed an image with an URL. (Make sure you grab the actual URL of the image, not the page it's in)
In the BBCode editor you can access with the button in the top right, it's [ IMG ] (URL of the image) [ /IMG ], without the spaces of course.

 

You can also directly paste the picture if your browser lets you copy it (not the URL, the actual image). That also works for files in your clipboard, they'll be uploaded.

 

You can either upload it directly or insert the url into the image upload box (or manually with IMG tags.)

 

...I have no idea how to get the picture's url, but I will try copy/pasting. Thanks!

 

You can get a picture's URL by right clicking on it and hitting "copy image address"

Spoiler: It's another long one

I have a friend group that has mass sleepovers a couple times a year because one of us lives two hours separate from the rest of us and we don't see each other nearly enough. This was one of those. Dinner was stuffed pasta. Second dinner was also stuffed pasta, but liberally seasoned with microwave radiation. My friend Grace was trying to heat it up and not getting terribly far, so she called me in to help because I was the most sober one there. I was still drunk as hell, but sober is relative during hour six of drinking and board games.
"Seth, I can't get the microwave working, and cold pasta is depression food. Help?"
I poked at the microwave a bit to get a feel for its buttons, and not much happened. Tried some different combinations, slapped it a bit to see if I could convince it to work, and after that I was at the end of my severely limited problem solving capability, so I cocked back and punched it in the control panel.
WHAM
It whirred to life and started reheating her pasta.
Friend whose house we were staying at came runstumbling into the kitchen to see what was wrong. "I heard a crash!"
"No worries," I said. "Microwave wasn't working, but we figured it out."
She stared at us for a minute, then said, "That microwave hasn't worked in three years."
