Reasons My Kintsugijin is Crying, or; The Weepy Marshmallow Brigade

This fucking calendar app -- ANY calendar app, i've tried a bunch -- does not actually make any noise when the alarms I set go off. this thing is supposed to be keeping me from falling apart because I can't keep track of things. I went into the settings and turned on vibrate and it doesn't fucking vibrate.

Anyway, this is the same type of crying that happens when I click on a broken link or have my schedule/plans disrupted/have things sprung on me and get overwhelmed with a sort of confused frustration.

 

THE FEELS

 

I really wanna watch the new pit bulls and paroles tonight because theyre doing an event where every view gets a donation from animal planet to villa lobos but the subject material is often very triggering for me (animal cruelty cases, death). Im hoping recording it will still count as a view :c

 

I'm thinking a lot about death and funerals and what we leave behind. The final trigger was "I want to be a good memory."

the entirety of season 4 of bojack horseman murdered my whole entire heart and it was so very good and painful, but i didn't really cry until the very end of the last episode. all the various traumas over the past season (and lbrh for basically since the beginning of the show) just built and built to this beautiful, wonderful catharsis. and there was hope. for the first time in forever, bojack horseman had hope for the future and then i fucking lost my shit.

 

So sometimes I think about how virtually everyone Tim Drake loved died one after another and then his big brother and the person he most looked up to thought he was crazy and took away the one thing he had left to cling to and gave it to a kid who had actively attempted to kill him and how even after all that Tim still was all "you're my brother, Dick; I know you'll always have my back" or some shit, I'm paraphrasing, I'm not looking up that panel in Red Robin right now. I mean Tim is a habitual liar -- he lies to Batman and pretty much everyone else pretty consistently -- but I think he actually meant it. God knows Bruce has done enough shit to lose his loyalty and Tim is still incredibly devoted to him, it's not exactly surprising that it'd be the same for Dick.

And then I think about how in the new 52 and rebirth Tim is this two dimensional cheep imitation of his original character with all these defining characteristics and actual personality stripped away and I get really angry and stop crying.

I saw a book about cats with jobs and the cover photo was Tama the eternal stationmaster cat ;_;

 

I went to see Wall-E in the cinema with a friend and then afterwards we had ~deep meaningful talks~ filled with ~thoughts and feelings~ and they have stirred up some shit that makes me wanna cry.
Sometimes I feel so alone.

I wanna stop liking SU because the fandom is by and large FUCK ING EVIL and i hate them and i hate myself dor liking the same show as them and they harassed a crewniverse member off the show AND DIDN'T STOP ONCE THEY LEFT THE SHOW AND THEY DELETED THEIR BLOG OVER IT BECAUSE OF THE FUCKINJG WORTHELESS ASSHOLES IN THIS FANDOM and i jsut

i hate myself for sharing a fandom with them. i want to stop liking the show so i don't have to be lumped in with evil people. and i'm crying over that.

 

@Acey i'm so fucking sorry that a group of fucking whiny ass babies have ruined such a kind, loving, caring show about mercy & peace & forgiveness for you, dude. they don't deserve fucking Steven Universe (my very most Favorite Thing, so i sympathize). if it helps you to think of- literally all of the Crewniverse and the characters themselves definitely Don't Approve of the fandom's actions, and i definitely truly believe it is a small but very very vocal minority.

most people who watch this show get it, but i know it can be hard to remember that amongst all the yelling.

also, on a semi-related note, this video from comicon of estelle performing stronger than you makes my heart do the starry eyes every time.
