If you wear Sombra's Rime skin and Symmetra's Dragon skin, you get dragon lesbians, and that's beautiful.

Blew halfway my credits on Ana's snow owl skin and am swithering on whether to get Junkrat's or Hanzo's holiday skin. The Hanzo skin is personally very appealing but I am a spectacularly shitty Hanzo, and the Junkrat skin would see more airtime... if I ever take the Junkenstein skin off him and tbh that's soft no, it's not good enough to dislodge that. Don't care for 76's winter holiday skin, or Bastion's.

The sensible bit of me just wants to hoard it for the next event but, fashionable Hanzo.

I would say go for Hanzo! maybe it'll motivate you to practice more with him

 

Can confirm, got Dad76 skin and actually started playing him, so Hot Hanzo might encourage you to do the same. :P

the mercy nerfs are going to make her impossible to play not because she's underpowered (eta: which she is) but because the abuse from teammates will probably get much worse

they'll have to have really good positioning or they wont get ressed

 

My sibling is convinced they're fiddling with the numbers in PTR to get data while they work out a more extensive rebalance, and the current PTR nerfs probably won't go live as-is.

I have no idea what the specific changes are because I steal my partner's computer to play Overwatch and they're not in the state, but I gotta say I'm happy for a Mercy nerf if only so people will be more motivated to go double support. It's frustrating to me as a Moira and Ana player that only Mercy can solo heal effectively.

 

They’re removing the second charge of ressurection from Valk, removing the reduced res cooldown from Valk, removing the instant-cast res from Valk, and basically tuning it so that Mercy’s res is permanently at one tier and the only thing she should be doing is using Valk to chain-heal. It’s also getting a reduced timer to 15 second (which is, actually, something I think it needed.)

Given that right now locking Mercy is basically locking yourself into a shitload of vitriol for no reason (but don’t you dare not lock Mercy either!!!) I can’t see these changes going over well with the “throw myself into the fray and die, then bitch out the Mercy for not rezzing me” crowd.
