So the fitness forum I used to be part of had this thing where people would list there wish lists (amazon mostly) and well basically we'd randomly send each other stuff off our wish lists. There was a spread sheet up with link to a person wish list and had info like if they'd gotten something recently. So I was thinking that might be fun for us to do here? I believe you can set up your amazon wish lists so that your gifter doesn't see your real name or your address - amazon also lets you hide how much the items sent were, and there is also steam. Edit to add: What a Pumpkin, Amazon UK, Amazon CA, pretty much anything that gives you a wish list is fine to post - seriously just through up your wish list, it'll all work out. Edit: Thanks to and maintained by @Kaylotta : here the Google spreadsheet for easy browsing of wish lists (it is also open for anyone to add their info to at anytime! No pressure if/when/how much you spend or give. Even if you don't think you'd be able to gift to someone else ever, you can list your stuff, everyone deserves nice things in the mail. Spoiler: How to make wish lists on amazon and steam For amazon: Click on the wish list button and in the drop down menu hit 'create wishlist' You will get taken to a screen with your blank wish list click this: and select edit list name to edit your wishlist name. now click that button again and click update list profile. From there you can pick what name people will see when they send it, what address things are sent to, weather 3rd party sellers can see your address (if someone wants to send you a used book or something not sold directly by amazon), whether your birthday is listed, and your 'spoiler' settings (whether or not amazon tells you if something has been purchased right way). Now click this: and you will be given a url for your wish list to post places! Adding things to your wish list is as easy as clicking 'add to wishlist' on any amazon product page. On to steam: On your steam program or on the steam webpage pick: On the drop down list click 'wishlist'. This will let you see anything that is on your wishlist right now. From here just look around steam and click on any game you want on your wish list. Your wish list link will be the url your browser has in the bar. It's a bit harder to find on the steam app but it's there (sorry I can't show screen caps of that), just highlight it and hit crtl + c. I sadly cannot help with ebay or other sites.
@Raire: You can put up things from your local websites, which should cut down shipping because people are only paying for a thing to be shipped within South America.

Hey, I happen to be really good at stuff like this, but I'm a wee bit confused as to what info/how? like - just username, item, cost, URL to item?
Something similar to this: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AhTXRccNvk1MdDJteS15Y0x5VnlYeEFmY2JBUnVKRkE&usp=sharing basically user name, birthday (Without year), link to wish list(s), and maybe if they are us/non us? Thank you :)
And then, do we all have access to the spreadsheet, then? (I'm assuming so, if I read right) Name: Breanna Birthday: 5/29 wishlist: I'll toss up the normal one, but I feel I should warn you that I have a separate, also public, enormous wish list for books. And a few others. Periodically I have money, so this might actually be a thing. Actually, I'm starting an actual job in maybe four months (and then an almost career in seven), so this has a better chance of working than I'd thought. But if you see the shirts on there, I'm most comfortable in women's L and Dude Medium Ha, happy belated birthday! Only just read that.
Yep the beauty of goggle drive is that you can set it up for anyone with access to the link can edit/add.
Everyone deserves nice surprises in the mail sometimes, but I know that feel. Hugs if you would like them.
Any wish list from any site that gives a wish list is welcome :) (I am a ditz and forgot amazon prime is not a world wide thing nor is amazon etc, etc etc)
It is possible to order something for the persons local amazon though even if you don´t live there. You just need an account.
i'm horrible at buying myself stuff, but absolutely LOVE giving other people stuff so this'll be great! although i don't currently have a steady income... i'll post my info for posterity's sake for now, i suppose. name: Deresto Sun Location Day (Birthday): 11/7 wishlist: here :p ^^^ basically :)
alright, here's my wishlist. http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198089844481/wishlist/ the more expensive games i'm going to ask for as presents from my parents, so those aren't necessary to do. as soon as i have money of my own or steam cash or something i'll buy someone a game, that's all i can purchase at the moment conceivably.
And here we go! I will keep this up to date as more people post wishlists. If there is any info you'd like added to it, please just tag me in a post and I'll do my best! :D
