I want Miss Bone the most but Underworld Lord is also really good. Ironically I'd use more of the night side of Miss Bone and more of the day side of Underworld Lord. Especially the day grudge doll! Soooo cute, still creepy!

 

This is the second one I've experienced--I don't know if they're planning on bringing them around again, but the first hasn't yet made a reappearance (it's a lil annoying, because it means I'm missing some pieces to 100% it, but we'll see.)

I know some other previous special events have had their pieces put into the store of starlight for crafting, though.

 

Oh, it's a shame, the stuff I've seen for the first event looks nice. Ah well! I do like the yama judge and soul guide, I'd just use parts of the flower mirror one more.

 

From what I've seen of the events so far, at least some of them repeat? Or at least, the "gather One Fucktillion of the base material" requirements for the outfits like the Winter Queen and death's bride seem to strongly indicate that these are outfits which require you to catch the event more than once. Ones they don't plan on repeating probably get their pieces put into the store of starlight after it's been long enough that anyone who ground through the event isn't going to feel like they wasted a lot of money or diamonds to get the complete outfit.

I think the story events are supposed to return but get require more diamonds each time to complete (e.g. first node is 25 event currrncy, not 20) - from what I gather that is how it has worked on the Chinese server. Winter Queen will probably come back for crafting in Starlight Store, as Miss Anna/Queen of Deer Elf was a similar event before I started playing and it's in the store now.

 

The Swan Lake sets were also an event that is now available in the store (or, rather, the base components can now be crafted, largely from store-bought items).

I got Miss Bone and I'm sooooo happy with it. The story in the item descriptions is a+, too.

The categories are warm, simple, elegant, cute, and pure if you need to sub anything out.

Also, if anyone doesn't mind spending exorbitant amounts of time researching each level and item while playing: here is a site with top-ranked outfits for each level, and here is a database of items displaying all attributes instead of just the highest two. (I did notice during the most recent event that the database takes a while to be up to date; they still don't have at least some of the soulfire items.)

 

Okay, I should be able to replicate a lot of that, although not all. I'll try tomorrow!

If you go into the wardrobe, you can also see all five attributes of any piece of clothing you own as well as their ranks in those categories,. under attributes.

 

Well yes but that takes even longer and requires me to leave the level :p

 

You can also input your whole wardrobe into the first site, and it'll give you a list of what you currently own that will get the highest points for a specific stage. It's tedious, but it's also so so much less trial-and-error and relying on memory for things like the Stylist Arena and the princess levels. And if there's something you have to have in order to complete a stage, it'll tell you.

 

Valentine event plus Carnival event starts tomorrow. Hope I have enough hoarded stamina. I'm really bad at hoarding stamina.

 

Oh, whoops. I... sure did not horde any stamina at all. I knew there was a reason I was getting so much from the Ghost event.

 

Oh man, I blew nearly all of the extra ghost gathering stamina on farming craft materials, but since then I've been restraining myself. I was not expecting concurrent events, though! That sure put a spanner in my spokes.

 

Alright, I’m absolutely stuck on the fifth stage of the Joker event. It’s autorejecting basically every outfit I make. Anyone else have any success there?
