it gives an interesting and nicely contrasting background that is thematically coherent with the aesthetic of the jewelry. I like it a lot!

I used to make my dolls clothes and I made some overalls for my brother's toy monkey because felt used to be available at Michael's for cheap, i've dabbled in beads but only tiny ones because again, dolls, I've done small weaving projects, a bunch of crochet, cross-stitch, rug making (those little kits that you use a little hook to loop bits of yarn through a plastic mat, but i never finished it), that japanese cord making craft that I've forgotten the name of, and I failed utterly at knitting.

My mom recently learned how to make hats and she's better at knitting than me but she'd really into crochet! She makes the people she loves shawls and blankies and she makes her friends baby blankets and I will be receiving a shawl around christmas. She's also starting to make baby blankets for future grand babies with really nice yarn. I am pretty sure 2/3 of my brothers aren't interested in kids, so luckily for her I'm planning on at least one...after at least five or more years. It gives her something to do because she can't drive and the public transportation where she is isn't very good. We're planning on moving her closer to me.

I'd have pictures but I don't have anything with me except a pillow from my baby bedding. It's old and my favorite and I had to fix a rip in the seam recently, but it's just round and has a bit of lace, so not really picture worthy. If I do make something I might show you all ^^

haha i should get one of those and paint it to look like the joker

currently i use a soup bowl to block hats, but the bowl is suddenly looking like the inferior option

I painted a chest. I did not make it though. For reference it is about 12 centimetres long.

It looks like you could adapt the pattern? Just crochet in the round? I know I've seen that edging or very similar as crochet, and the white bits are just beads.

My lighting is appalling, but if I try to wait until morning to photograph this, I'll forget completely. And I just finished, so I'm way too excited to wait. I'll include the chart, since I made it myself and the piece I saw that inspired this was in a different alphabet, didn't have a pattern for sale, and was apparently based on someone else's joke? I'm not one hundred percent sure, but I'm pretty positive I'm not ripping someone off and I don't mind sharing patterns I make. But here is a pinterest link to the alphabet I used.

It's funny, because panic attacks! I really need to make more of my interior decorating choices this way.

I finished the crazy sufferist/juggalo scarf!

(Because seeing the rainbow-gradient yarn laid out made my head keep repeating the line from splickedyhat's Heavy In Your Arms series -"I don't see a spectrum, I see a circle"- but the finished product looks an awful lot like a painting project)

This was my first big project, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!
