General CAT-ter (The Beanery)

Depending on the cat and siblings' sensory tolerances, you can try laying down tinfoil (makes Bad Crinkly Sound when stepped or excreted on, also conveniently makes cleanup earlier) and/or putting strongly-scented things under the desk. (Citrus and hot sauce are the two I see recced most often as deterrents, but strong smells annoy me so I can't personally vouch for them :p) Be also warned that some cats will take Other Smells in Their Space as a challenge and start marking more in response, so it's really up to the individual there.

If the cat is otherwise sociable with your sister and not spite-pooping, and the sister is amenable, you could also try putting a second, small litterbox under the desk in question, and gradually moving it out of the area once the cat starts using it instead of the floor. This is what we've done with my Anxietycatte, who was pooping under my desk because it was her Safe Hidey Space and she didn't want to leave long enough to use the litterbox in the other room, and it's worked pretty well so far!

 

Spoiler: I'm spoilering this because you did, but honestly I think this is on topic for this thread...

Put a small litterbox under there for now, and try and figure out what precedes the pooping.

Cats usually pee rather than poop when they have territorial anxiety, but if the cat's being taunted by other cats she can see outside through a window, that's always a stressor.

Her poops all look normal, right? Because sometimes cats poop outside of the box in their Safe Places when they don't feel well.

Some of the videos have music, some dont, but a lot of them that ive watched so far have the cat purring and like...eating sounds really loud, which could be good for asmr or awful for misophonia
