I made delicious brownies for a meeting on Wednesday and I already had some. And I really should not have. How the hell am I going to stop myself from eating all of them before Wednesday?!

We've been having a bug problem because we live in Georgia and we don't have bales of money. They look like small roaches; maybe they are small roaches. I haven't been giving a rat's ass because I've been sick and not having money in Georgia means you stew in blistering heat and filth when you're sick.

Forced myself to get up to make food. Whack down a pot n the stove and set it to high. Turn around to handle laundry, cursing and saying 'ow' as I do so.

Smell an utterly indescribable coal, rankness, and biology smell. Turn around to see smoke. Peer into the burner to see a recently torched roach.

Open a window, set dragon's blood to burn, stubbornly sit the fuck down. I don't have this in me right now.

 

There is apparently a loaf of bread outside the languages building at uni. Sitting on a hubcap. Just chillin.

Advice for people without dietary restrictions I guess.

 

D3 is important but I’m not so sure about the water fasting? I mean, sleep deprivation therapy is reasonably effective against particularly depression linked to anxiety (brief, nearly total remission for the people on whom it works), but not because it’s sustainable or good for you.

 

I just found a nut in my bed. Is it okay to eat, do you think?
