Well yeah. Ain't nothin' stopping anyone from having that head canon just 'cause I don't personally see it. Only meant to point out it wasn't the only logical conclusion.

Interesting post about how troll reproduction works, and I think this is my favourite theory. I love how blackrom is the one which, from a troll reproduction standpoint, makes MORE sense!

 

Beforan wildlife is just as dangerous as Alternian wildlife, and the trolls originally evolved to peacefully work together to stay safe from the horrible, horrible nature.

 

I think MSPA Reader might be aro and not know it yet. They seem a bit uncomfortable with the prospect of possibly falling in love with Elwurd and talk about their pale flirt with Polypa in terms which suggest they're relieved it became a friendship instead.

 

I also think they're a young teen too. The way they look up to Skylla and Elwurd is sort of the way younger kids look up to older kids.

 

Considering the running theme of blue WLW in Homestuck, Steven Universe, and Undertale, what's the betting Elwurd is going to lose an eye?

in steamworld, after dig 2 (where jet engines are...rediscovered i guess?), flier bots using a jet engine have a reputation/based-in-fact stereotype for basically drinking anything flammable they can get their clamps on.

diesel? kerosene? straight ethanol? turpentine? paint watered down with thinner?

jet turbines aren't very fussy about the specifics of what liquids they burn. it just has to be liquid, flammable, and able to be made into a spray. sure, they work best with an appropiate fuel, but if that's not available you can put most flammable liquids in there and so long as it neither clogs nor melts anything it'll probably run fine. in addition to that flying is energy intensive so flier bots tend to need to fuel up more frequently than other bots.


in other words

Dorothy has absolutely heard "Don't drink that, Dot/Dorothy!" so many times. So many. Sometimes it's honest concern for her wellbeing. More often it's that someone just...left something flammable out and Dorothy saw it and went "free drink???"

 

biff eats in bed and is very messy when he does it, which results in him leaving crumbs in his bed.

in universes where he and temple are together, temple is very annoyed by the crumbs, tells biff so and gets him to be more careful about it.

 

In-universe, Gorillaz got their name when Murdoc told 2D they were going to be "bigger than the Monkees" and 2D went off on a tangent about big monkeys.

Examined Ardata for classpect hints; she's almost definitely Derse, seems to strongly lean Heart, and I suspect she's a Maid or possibly a Witch.
