The more I see people saying that they could never do the genocide route, the more I want to play it. >_>
That's kind of how I felt, too, until I got a bit into the pacifist run. Then I was conflicted. By the time I finished the pacifist run I was pretty sure I couldn't do it. There's some bosses that look fun, but it just wouldn't be worth it to me. It'll just never be the same game after you do so. :(
I haven't gotten the game yet! I don't care about spoilers though, I've been watching numerous Lets Play runs and having a blast. The problem I usually have with games that play with questioning the morality of using violence to subdue your enemies, is that you're usually not given an option to you know. Not use violence? So it's interesting to see a game that plays with these themes but actually gives you the option to use more pacifistic options for well...everything! And I love all the characters too, despite not having played a run in actuality myself. I am very interested though in seeing what happens if someone plays a pure genocide run first and then goes for a pure pacifistic run.

HELLO SIGN ME UP FOR CUTE MONSTER HELL I recently finished my first run, ended up being Neutral cuz OOPS I KILLED TORIEL AND THE GUILT WILL NEVER LEAVE ME. I AM CURSED FOREVER. Right now I'm doing a straight pacifist run. This is gonna be.... fun. LMAO. Mettaton gives me a fuckin' run for my money every time cuz I'm dumb and have issues with moving quickly. Also fuck the bullet hell things. Just. Fuck it. It took me forever. Spoiler: Undyne tho that fucking being besties with her was one of the most amazing scenes ever and i just. i love undyne. WE ARE BESTIES AND NO ONE WILL CHANGE THIS EVER AND SHE NEEDS TO DATE ALPHYS OK
Aww, the entire royal family look like fanged Moomins. And I love the skeletons and Undyne so much. Hell, I love everyone. I really wish I could play this game and didn't need to get all hyped from Let's Plays, but my computer can't take too many Steam downloads, otherwise it starts lagging.
i like how i have played through this game once, and i still get hung up on the damn shooting puzzles in the hotland.
Man, I'm on my third or fourth playthrough and still get hung up on them. The simple ones I solve without thinking about, and the more complex ones I always go "Meh.... don't feel like braining right now. Just gonna move things around until it fixes itself" so it always takes ages....

I killed Undyne because I couldn't figure out how to stop fighting her and I'm so very upset I didn't mean it i swear.....
Ah, tip for that. Just go till you can escape. When your heart turns red again you can escape the battle. Keep doing that and running when you do.
This game is both metta as fuck and Irish myth as fuck. I am greatly pleased. I must get ALL the endings. ALL OF THEM.

The neutral ending has like 10,000 variations, though. Folks are collection them here for those of us who are too faint of heart to harm a single hair on these precious character's heads.
