I want to seriously get back into the breeding game, with my own blackjack and hookers hatchery graphics and affiliates again. So I think I'll try and get a small sample size here and ask: What's your favorite breed? I'm in lightning flight, so I'd like to have pairs that match teal eyes in some way (and the chance for those cool bronze heterochromia eyes). What colors do you think would match? What are your favorite genes? Do they have to be on certain dragons only? (sometimes, for me, they do) If you have a hatchery, would you want to affiliate? What sort of perks/discounts would you like to see?

It's not allowed and if you're caught you'll be banned, but clraik does it and is a secure place to do so because they have trusted mediators and they rate sellers based on their trustworthiness sprite values as estimated are as follows: light sprite: $80 as of march plague sprite: $7 as of 3 weeks ago earth sprite: $5 as of 3 weeks ago ice sprite: $7 as of 3 weeks ago shadow sprite: $8 as of 3 weeks ago wind sprite: $7 as of 3 weeks ago water sprite: $3 as of 3 weeks ago nature sprite: $2 as of 3 weeks ago i don't use clraik for anything other than getting bots for neopets so i can mass donate shit to charity corner or stuff like that so the flight rising territory is very foreign waters to me, same goes for buying/selling. i just looked this up now by plugging "sprite" into the search bar.

And newbie discounts, but how you want to check on that with open reg.... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ By the TOS it's not, but see above multiaccounting discussion on Shit That's Not Allowed and how much mods care to watch. You won't be able to appeal to staff if the other person takes your money and runs, but "gifts" between players are allowed so unless you go hollering about it on-site there's not really any evidence they have to ban you over it.
added note: FR allows offsite trading for items (see lioden stuff back when that site was new, shiny, and big, as well as furvilla), as long as the other site is okay with it. you can trade by means of saying "trading for xyz items" and have the seller take you up on the offer. that way it looks legitimate and they cant track your offsite trading should you go through with buying the sprites.
informative! thanks for the input. I don't plan on adding accents to these dragons or accounting for people dressing up the babies, but you make a good point on the newbie discounts especially. FR had been in closed beta with monthly openings for so long that I forgot they recently became public for real.
Ah, bad wording on my part-- more colors now include secondary "accent colors" like Purple has that Interesting (hard to work with) brown in some genes. Copper in particular has a near-Lightning-eye blue/green/cyan going on in those genes, that's what I was talking about.
Oh! Yeah, the oxidization penny effect that copper has is pretty, in fact I was trying to work with a copper ANGRYBEE primary and metallic rust wings on a spiral with some kinda bluegreen opal, but nothing matched well enough that I wanted to continue that path. I did, however, find that teal opal has a pretty cotton candy feel to it.

awesome! i really like gem genes too but im not willing to shell out for a gene scroll by any means, i'll probably be on the hunt for something in the AH for sure instead of trying to frankenstein my own. so far I'm getting the vibe that people really want the browns in their potential dragons, and i def already had that planned, but how would people like, say, fandom references like blue eyes white dragon, or something off the wall of some sort that throws darts at a single section (ex. tert) and can pick from a wide-range?
