I haven't read about FATAL in a huge amount of detail and I still wish I had never heard of it.

Objection: FATAL does not qualify as a roleplaying game, because it's near-impossible to actually play it.

I'm still kinda sad they gave up on Zeppelins. Just imagine a huge nuclear-powered one. Bad idea, yes, but an amazing bad idea.

In Kapoor's defense (or at least the art gallery's) there were signs about the safety hazard.

He's also suing the NRA for using The Bean in one of their ads.

 

To be fair, doesn't he kinda get pissy at everyone who uses The Bean for...anything? Or who calls it The Bean? I mean, it's at least kinda for a good reason this time (because the NRA sucks), but...

(confession: some of this dislike for the guy might be bc i'm still salty about the vantablack thing)

EDIT: ...Also, how does including a public monument count as copyright infringement? I dunno much about copyright law, to be fair, but that seems like uh. Questionable grounds for a lawsuit.
