Over the past few days: Washed and dried a load of laundry Helped make A Food My mom helped me set up my new laptop but stuff has to be done still She also helped me do a bank thing Other stuff i've forgotten about
Called the student loan people and found out 1) how much I've still got left to pay off (which is more than I thought I did, but not Very much more) and 2) how to unfucker my website login (because I haven't used it in Forever, so I keep forgetting my username and password). Also emptied the kitchen green bin, and washed it out after the bag broke and cleaned up what spilled onto the floor. And did one sink full of dishes, too.
Did the second sink of dishes, and got the pot from last night's rice mostly cleaned (it's still soaking to get loose the last few lingering grains). Also got the dishwasher loaded and running, and scrubbed the sinks down too cos they were looking gross. And then I sprayed the sponge with vinegar.
I finally cleaned up all the useless stuff that was installed on my desktop computer. By which I mean I saved my home folder on a USB stick, reinstalled the entire OS, and dropped said home folder right back in. It actually worked great!
Fed cat, mortally insulted cat by pinning her down to check she wasn't choking (she was not), laundry, dishes, more dishes, yet more dishes, emptied freezer, vacuumed twice, weekly clean of coffee machine, scrubbed the cooker and hob, wiped down cooker splashback, cleaned cabinetry, took many bags of stuff to bins, moved store stuff off top of fridge and microwave, scrubbed kitchen floor, stashed chilled food in cool bag til new fridge comes.
I dropped off my laptop's power brick at the computer shop (my lappy is in the shop and none of the cords they had on hand had big enough bricks)!

Cleared off my old desk and helped Matesprit haul it out of the house so that we can get rid of it. Cleared off and emptied out bureau, so that it could be hauled out of the house and gotten rid of. Tossed old computer chair. Got new desk installed, and helped Matesprit set up computer again. Did a lot of writing for a short story I'm hoping will be viable for publishing on Amazon (continuing writing from yesterday). Swept and mopped where the new desk had to go, so that it wouldn't be going in on top of a gross mess, swept more after the bureau was removed. Swept and mopped kitchen floor. Got shelving unit put in, and moved clothes onto it; put winter clothes into storage bag, and removed clothes that can go to Goodwill. Cleared off bed so that it's usable again (it was serving as a triage space for all the stuff that was getting shuffled around). Stripped bedding and tossed it into the wash, because it's really gross after having had dusty stuff sit on it most of the day. There's still work to be done to get my room clean and tidy, but - it's looking nicer already, and I have a workspace that'll be easier to work in. And once we're done, I should have a worktable to use my sewing machine on, too, and be able to properly access my closet instead of having to shuffle things around to get at either my sewing machine or anything but a narrow section of the closet.
Vacuumed, did all the dishes, cleaned counters, cleaned coffee machine, and organised my pill box for the coming week.
This isn't something I did today, but I did like three loads of laundry in the past two days or so and--more importantly, in a way--put it all away nicely!!

Next step: figuring out why React doesn't think Corsican (or Ido, for that matter, it seems to have the same problem) is an actual language that exists.
