Undertale - Pet dogs and date a skeleton!

You could probably make a whole fanfic about Frisk asking around about Waterfall, discovering the anti-meme effects, and proceeding to go, with Chara, on a Mission to Document Everything. Frisk running around with a clipboard or something, ambushing random monsters and asking them questions about an event they not only don't but physically can't truly remember. Frisk noticing their notes fading away and trying to preserve them. The skelebros, the amalgamates, Frisk, and Flowey teaming up to Discover all they can. Frisk remembering the group of monsters who told them Chara's story and getting a whole bunch of monsters together to Ask them Questions in hopes that they shore up each other's memories and together partially break through the effects, like in that "The Best of all Possible Worlds" story on fimfiction, the bit with everyone coming together and preserving things that were erased.


it could be really interesting.

unless it's in the chest behind the puzzle you must have been in the castle to complete. (that puzzle, ftr, i think is broken? bc it doesn't let me solve it even though i have both been in the castle and finished chapter 1 once)

ok so... in this one it's more explicitly encouraged not to fight. but it matters less. I thought at first that the choices not mattering thing was about the real world only but it's not! Even if you fight, you won't level up! No EXP gain! If you do enough damage, the enemies run away! Susie can't kill anyone no matter if you help her or not! Hell I don't even think the fight with the red thing w a crown is even winnable unless you "act" instead of "fight"? what is going onnnnn

it isn't broken for me. assuming the rooms don't change from game to game, the order is diamond, heart, club, spade.

however, i have no idea where the OTHER two key parts are... :')

(also, the fight with the kinged checker piece is winnable if you only act.)

yes - but it's not winnable if you only fight
just fighting is no longer a viable strategy - we're given the illusion of choice but it doesnt actually change anything. even if you fight, they won't die! (if you fight the checker piece it just keeps healing forever, basically, and it starts healing 700hp per heal... meanwhile you're doing like 200dmg per round MAX...

Key piece A will be given to you by the shop owner if you go back and talk to him. He'll say something about stars?
Key piece B is to the east of the bake sale - those tall things walking around the map? you can step off the path of the one in the bottom left and then kinda feel your way to a chest.

each floor of the castle has a card suit associated with it, and you can tell what that is by finding a door in that shape. the second floor is a red herring - there's a spade on the bathroom door, but the door itself isn't a spade so it doesn't count.

i feel you on the fight. :') think i'll save it for when i'm less tired, and go stock up on healing items beforehand.
