Apologies if this is off-topic, but Athol you said that you don't want your profile to read "female". Is there a different pronoun we should be using?

Oh, actually Athol has been pretty bad with my own pronouns too. So I'm thinking it's legitimately a problem she has.

Oh my god, there's more than just the abuse directed at Spock? :psyduck:

(On a side note, I do think the majority of this slog should get merged into the original Juicy Review thread, just because it's all the Sames. But that's just a personal preference)

While I appreciate you trying to apologize to me, but your whole spiel turned it into a nonapology that I will not accept.

It wasn't about your poor wording. It was about the way you abused others, and me, and the fact you dug your heels in. Don't weasel.

I didn't say that. And I'm not letting you make it my fault you fucked up.

Not acceptable, and if you have to ask why, then you clearly haven't been paying attention. Stop making me the unreasonable one for not putting up with your transphobic comments and abuse of myself and others.

    Yes, you will.

First, it sucks that your living situation is like that. Your husband is an abuser too, it sounds like. You need to seriously consider the merits of keeping that marriage or not.

Second, interjecting comments that are meant to garner sympathy in a discussion where you hurt others is something I'm not going to let slide, especially since this was supposed to be an apology to me and not you.

Third? Upset? Nah, I'm actually amused. I'm amused that you thought I'd fall for it and somehow get mad. Nope, no dice.

Now, if you please, apologize to me.

Now I have no other option than to consider this statement either a) a lie, b) you being obtuse, or c) all of the above.

    yeah, i agree

it's all the same circular bullshit so let's make a fun athol version of the CDCF and move all the stupid derails there, or else i highly doubt there will be a forum discussion that doesn't end up focusing on her ever again

Also @spockandawe if you feel you need to dump all this into your TCHGB for documentation purposes go ahead, I don't mind pings and it doesn't matter when.

    versi2 ???????

@Athol Magarac , if you go into your personal details you can change your gender to "unspecified". Then it won't say female. That's what I have done.

MOD NOTE: The two TSM conversations on silencing ('reporting the mods' and the derail in the 'talkin 'bout wiggled pears' thread) have been combined. They're effectively on the same topic, and the more threads things split across, the harder it gets for everyone involved to follow what's happening.

Athol Magarac I prefer reading posts without a lot of topics.

Since I joined, I've wanted it to read "why does it matter"

I don't think I can read what options there were, but I didn't like any of them. If I go with the third one, everyone's going to call me a they.

Athol Magarac I prefer reading posts without a lot of topics.

Does that mean I can put wiggled posts here? Because if you're controlling what can and can't go up, the ones that really prove my point will remain hidden. Actually, anything where the mods made a mistake and moved it out of the wiggler means that I could be accused of lying.

Of course, a lot of that early stuff was probably not understanding what was too sexual and what wasn't.

I wonder how many pages of this were from "stop talking to" and "quit lying" exchanges.

Not if they're a means for you to get around wiggling.

Not how we roll. Also, pretty much all wiggled content makes you look far worse than you already do.

No? That's... not how that works?

    In this case, no.
I prefer to err on the side of not letting you make innuendo-charged jokes, but that one was harmless enough.

This is because you keep refusing to tell the truth or demonstrate that 'truth' is a property you understand.
